A coordination meeting was held with the Deputy Governor of Taiz for Social Affairs to discuss the 
Improving Access to Water and Shelter Project, funded by 
the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF) and implemented in partnership with 
the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat).
The meeting reviewed the planned and ongoing activities and emphasized the importance of continued coordination with local authorities to ensure that services reach the most vulnerable groups.
The Deputy Governor expressed his appreciation to Assistance for Response and Development (ARD-Y) for its efforts in reaching the most deserving groups according to clear criteria, and extended his thanks to the Yemen Humanitarian Fund and UN-Habitat for their continuous support.
