📍 Before the conflict, Maqbanah District was identified through various studies as the most in need of comprehensive intervention. It was classified as the poorest district in Taiz Governorate. Today, in the aftermath of ongoing challenges, the district requires urgent, life-saving interventions across all sectors ⚠️🆘.
💧🏚️ Following recent assessments conducted by Assistance for Response and Development (ARD-Y), which focused on critical needs in the sectors of WASH and shelter, efforts are now underway to implement targeted interventions that can address part of these urgent gaps 🔍🚰🛖.
📌 In the coordination meeting held today with the Head of the Local Council and the Director General of the District, we discussed the most pressing needs and explored potential actions that can be taken to respond effectively ✅🤲.
