Assistance for Response and Development (ARD-Y) in Taiz Governorate announces its need for a Community Committee Formation Technician in the districts of Salah, Al-Qahira, and Al-Mudhaffar, as part of the Good Governance in Yemen Project, implemented by ARD-Y and funded by the GIZ on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
Requirements for the job applicant:
– Possess significant experience (previously worked with local communities and community committees).
– Have the ability to implement directed awareness-raising and group management for local communities.
– Review the prepared plan and secondary sources.
– Commit to the directives received from ARD-Y.
– Deliver the introductory message about ARD-Y, its programs, its project, its objectives, and its activities.
– Resolve any issues facing the team and communicate directly with the project coordinator.
– Commit to fill in the submitted forms, including minutes and reports.
– Commitment to submitting a final report (soft and copy), including all activities carried out during the formation, supported by photos, and attached with minutes.
– Documentation of all completed activities.
– Adherence to the directives of the site team leader, who will be assigned by the project coordinator.
– Respect the rules, regulations, and instructions issued by ARD-Y.
– Represent the institution well to others.
