Assistance for Response and Development (ARD-Y) announces its need for an accountability evaluation consultant for the Project of Good Governance in Yemen, implemented by ARD-Y and funded by GIZ on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
Requirements for the Accountability Evaluation Consultant:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law/or social sciences and information management.
– At least 5 years of experience in social accountability, with at least one previous experience as a research consultant.
– Experience in the methodology of social accountability and good governance principles, using descriptive and quantitative analytical methods.
– Technical expertise in community accountability principles, tools, and their application in the field.
– Ability to write evaluation reports professionally.
– Ability to develop and prepare timeline plans.
– Ability to identify and analyze stakeholders.
– Experience in conducting focus groups and individual meetings, and collecting and analyzing data.
– Possesses communication, networking, and advertising skills.
Working in Taiz city.
