A series of field visits were conducted with the Director of the Rural Resilience Project (ERRY III), funded by FAO, and his colleagues to monitor progress and achievements in several areas in Taiz and Lahj governorates.
The visits included:
1. Al-Ma’afer District, Taiz: Visiting the Modern irrigation networks, tomato cultivation, maize and millet cultivation areas, and a dairy processing center were inspected.
2. Al-Maqatra District, Lahj: The visit included modern irrigation networks, a tomato nursery, and a dairy processing center.
3. Tuban District, Lahj: Modern irrigation networks, tomato cultivation, and a dairy processing center were visited.
These visits aimed to assess progress and strengthen cooperation with local authorities and farmers.
