A joint team from ARD-Y and FAO conducted a field visit to the Dairy Production Center in Al-Ma’afer District – Taiz Governorate, as part of the Rural Resilience III Project.
🔍 During the visit, the team reviewed:
Dairy production lines and equipment 🧀
Packaging, processing, and cooling systems ❄️
A refrigerated transport vehicle used to deliver products to
markets 🚚
This center is one of two supported within the Dairy Component of the Rural Resilience and Climate Adaptation Project III in Taiz and Lahj governorates. The project aims to empower rural communities – especially women – to improve their income sources and enhance food security through supporting the production and distribution of dairy products.
