Assistance for Response and Development (ARD-Y) invites specialized offices and contractors to submit their bids for the following tenders:

YEMC08-03 /2025 Supply and installation of (Hydroponic greenhouse 6m length * 3m width * 3m height with accessories) for the project of transforming agriculture in Al-Ma’afer District towards smart, sustainable, and climate-resilient agriculture. USD 90 Days Taiz – Al-Ma’afer

 

  1. Qualified and experienced contractors and companies in the same field wishing to obtain the tender documents can apply via the link below during the announcement period from June 1, 2025, to June 13, 2025.
  2. The bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope, wax-sealed, clearly stating the bidder’s name and tender number (each tender separately), according to the instructions in the tender document. Bids should be delivered to the headquarters of Assistance for Response and Development – located in Taiz Governorate – Jamal Street – Al-Masbah Roundabout – next to Tadhamon Bank no later than Sunday, June 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Any bid submitted after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
  3. The envelopes will be opened at ARD-Y headquarters in the presence of interested bidders or their officially authorized and stamped representatives.
  4. The bidder must include the following documents in the sealed envelope: a valid copy of the commercial registration, valid tax card, valid Zakat card, and valid professional practice certificate.
  5. Bids must be submitted in the currency specified above. Any bid submitted in another currency will be excluded.
  6. All tender documents must be attached and stamped.

Note: Any bid that does not meet the above requirements will be excluded during the initial response stage of technical and financial analysis.
