Involving qualified youth in the targeted communities in the registration and verification activities contributes to building the capacity of youth in the targeted areas. In this context, Assistance for Response and Development (ARD-Y) targeted 120 surveyors and verifiers with a training course on agricultural livelihoods registration and verification forms in the districts of Al-Ma’afer, Tuban, Al-Mudharaba, Ras Al-Ara, and Al-Maqatra.
The registration and verification of beneficiaries was implemented through the trained team. And this is part of the joint program to enhance livelihoods, food security, and climate resilience in Yemen.

The project is funded by the European Union in Yemen (EU Delegation to Yemen) and the Swedish government, and implemented through FAO in partnership with ARD-Y, which targets Taiz and Lahj governorates.
